Fantastic! I'll be needing some soon. Not sure how many yet but I'll let you know.

Think it would be possible to make a cover that could be attached to the original pce? Dunno if it would work but it would be pretty cool I think.

I could make a cover but you would probably have to drill some holes to get it to work right.

Yeah. I'd be up for doing that if it looked cool.

If someone could loan me with a PC Engine to work with I will see what I can do about making a custom door for it.

Looks like I almost have it nailed:

Looks like I need to move the left side latch peg up just a touch and move the from curve back in just a bit.

Yes! Well done! Duo-R Covers. I have my cover but I just might want a backup. Love your work.

Those look great and the attention to detail is impressive.  Those pics looked pretty good to me.

Do you typically print one and test and then do more or do you have to print them out in batches?  Good stuff I been loving my everdrive cover.

I should get a spare for my R as well. Those don't last forever, it takes just one bad luck like a sudden sneeze while inserting game or a crazy cat to break the original door off.

For testing I don them one at a time. When I do "production" I usually print 10 at a time.
