I have a 9yo and a 1.5yo. Baby is the easy stage, wait till it can move around. Got to have x Ray vision.

I haven't failed to say hello and chit chat a bit any time I've gone so far. But I've also missed it twice altogether because of bad timing with other plans or events.

yeah you've been missing it in the better building where it doesn't smell like armpits and morons.

Congrats! And condolences! :D  A great many good things lie ahead!  Free time is not one of them. :lol:
Truth!  Our situation last year was similar, but we already had our baby while looking for a new house.  It will be an amazing joy and awesome,  but also frustrating.  It all works out and will be a nice change in life.  Like Xele said the 3 month transition is hard, but once that child sleeps through the night you'll be in a better situation...till the kiddo starts walking.  :lol:  Congrats on everything though.
