It's 32C today and sticky as hell. Very rare for this in the second half of August.

It's upwards of 36C here in Disney Land Paris, making it hard to walk around.

I'm not ready for this.   My roof is still in shambles from the hailstorm and I need a new skylight  :(

My roof in is similar condition, though after 3 months the contractors finally started working on it today.

I'm definitely ready for fall though!

Hope it goes quickly for ya!  This is my second roof in as many years as well so I'm a bit peeved about having to pay the deductible again.  Here's my skylight :O

Thanks! It's soon to be painted, so those hail marks on the paint should be gone soon. :D

 Yikes! Which storm was that? Did you lose any windows? I was 100% sure I was going to have busted windows and skylights from the storm that hit at the beginning of June up here, but by some miracle nothing shattered. I'd hate to have to crawl up on the roof after that and tarp that hole!

This storm happened near the end of July and caused something like $350 million in damage in the Springs area which is nuts.  It's like the 6th most damaging natural even in Colorado history.  I am lucky that the only window really facing the storm on my house was the skylight.  I lost a bay window as well but that's hard to avoid given the shape.

Summer is constant in Florida, I went up to Canada a few weeks ago, expecting see a magical land of snow and ice, with maybe a few white walkers. Just more humid hot weather

Boy this is a real oven this year. Temps in the high 20s to low 30s are very rare in middle of September.
