This time I'm mixing it up a bit! Hellfire S on the PC Engine, plus some Brown Ale from Upslope Brewing. And to go with the "brown" theme I also included Hellfire for the Genesis and MegaDrive. LOL

Goddamn. I love the brown theme.

Hellfire was one of those PCE games that cost too much 15 years ago, but I wish I bought it back then.

A delightful Sunny Rain 'Golden Tart' from Odell Brewing. I tried to think of some of my favorite Golden Tarts to match it and instantly thought of Princess Misa from Götzendiener. Going with the Gainax theme I figured Alisia Dragoon would be a good one to include as well.

^ I wholeheartedly approve of the inclusion of Alisia Dragoon.

Also, my nickname in high school was "Golden Tart".

Cute!  I always remember Tokimemo as one of those few games that actually came in a case with a clear tray, not a white one.  Mainly since mine has no obi like that.

I thought I had posted this already but guess I forgot.

I'll admit that I had a hard time trying to decide which Fearless Youth made sense to pair with this Dunkel Lager from Grimm Brothers Brewhouse. But Yuko from Valis seemed to fit pretty well and I have plenty of games with her in them!

Heh, nice.  It would've worked well with Princess Kickass too, especially with the black artwork.

First, damn. I want some tea. I'll have to make some oolong (gwai lo style) today (it's chilly for this time of year in NJ).

Second, ha! I had that model Aiwa...or something very similar to it.

I only recently remembered how many different Walkman & portable CD players I've had over the years (I recently discovered an ancient disc player that reads MP3 files, ha! I forgot about that innovation).

Hmmm...... you know that damn SYD of VALIS should have been the inspiration for the beverage. For everything.

:)

IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE UTTERED, but I shall do so, anyway:

**this is the motherf*cking photo that captures the atmosphere--the brooding and somber atmosphere-- of Chew-Motherf*ckingman-Fu**

Did I say "brooding" and "somber"?

Damn, I wish. Unfortunately Chew Man Fu never approaches the moody, forboding atmosphere of the LIGHTNING TOWER in Legendary Axe II. Not that it would be easy to achieve this for a cutesy puzzle game.

Digi.k has some COMPETITION now! :)
