I am asking if anyone on this forum has CIB copies of either Lunar 1 or Lunar 2 for Sega CD.  And if so, would they be open to a possible trade for other video games.  Does this make sense?

I have a decent size collection and I am trying to downsize at the moment.

tbone: The Saturn versions are both Japanese.

You guys are making me want to lug out my scd and play Lunar EB tonight. 

@Black Tiger: I've never played the Saturn version, could you explain the differences between SSS and SSSC?

Complete is a remastered version with mpeg fmv. Things are rebalanced and tweaks are made all over and there are new and different items soread out across the game. The Playstation version is a port of Complete.

The Playstation port has downgraded graphics across the board and is missing misc effects like transparencies. It also adds longer load times and takes forever to save and load. It's a bigger drop in quality than most poor Playstation-to-Saturn ports. The Saturn versions are also a single disc.

I think there are a lot of people that don't realize how much better a lot of games were on Saturn compared to PS1. The reason I never played the Saturn version to compare is because of course the game is fully in Japanese and text heavy. It's really cheap though, so I'll probably grab one to dick around with in the near future. A shame we got it for PS1 instead of Saturn based on what you said.
