Tin hats with aluminum antenna for everyone!

You do realize that non-paying bidders (especially with video games) are pretty common right?

Maybe it was you that won the auction to prove your "point" *x-files theme*

Define pretty common. I've had it happen maybe 2-3 times over the course of 500+ online sales. That's less than 1%.

That is not true.  End of story.  Also untrue is that you can determine a NPB in that short of a time...

You're pretty lucky. Happens to me probably 1 out of every 50 or 60 sales. Maybe not pretty common but it happens.

Non paying bidders I find depends on what country the bidder is from, I found that bidders from specific countries are much, much more likely to back out from following through with payment.
At one point I was getting so many from one specific country I just had to close my auctions to that country which I really didn't want to do.
Bidders from USA and UK I found very, very rarely didn't follow through with payment, it happened around 1 in 500-1000 transactions.
But yes Green's auctions are very suspicious and also why didn't he offer second chance offers to the next highest bidders in the original auction? that is normally what happens in the rare occurrence the highest bidder backs out.

Because the second place shill didn't want to pay either?

Of course I offered this. I find people usually don't buy it if they are given a second chance. Just my experience.

The 2nd bidder doesn't have to be a shill, that can be the numbnuts collectard you are trolling for... Once they realize that they were bidding against someone who wasn't going to pay, they MIGHT have the brains to turn down the offer.

the strategy is painfully obvious at this point.  all his OMG R@R3Z have seen the same fate.
start low to entice bids
shill like you mean it!
see where it ends
relist with stupid high BIN
cross fingers
rinse/repeat
defend self on forums cuz this happens "all the time"

i mean come on, you happen to have 4 or 5 turbo related auctions turn out like this?  It's fun to jest, but at this point, you are just insulting the forum.
