I might have a few things from your list.  wasn't sure if you were in the USA.

My point was that this is a Cube series.

so in the time you took to post twice about this, you could have searched google for "viewtiful joe ps2" and found out you aren't so certain there wasnt a release for it.

EDIT: I think I must have come across as saying that these games did not exist on PlayStation 2. That was never my point. I'm saying this is a Cube series. Rez is available for PS2, if that's really what you want to play, but seriously, Rez is a Dreamcast game. Hence "tru3" a self aware but totally serious term used to make fun fake metal bands but also of ketchup on steak, Corvettes with automatic transmissions, and watching 4:3 Orson Wells movies stretched to 16:9.

they added dante as a playable character, as well as an easy difficulty (makes it easier to spread the gospel)

but the graphics are better in the GCN versions, but not overwhelmingly so.

personally, i just want em on PS2 because that's how I've always played it, more for nostalgia reasons.
I'd snag the GCN versions to compare myself, but I've not seen those in a while.
