Why are bog-standard 2 button controllers more expensive than the 6 button variants?

There are five first party 2-button pads plus several third party and misc controllers, including the Ave Pad 3, which are all cheaper than any 6-button controller:

I bought 4 PCE controllers and a multi tap for about $70-$75 shipped from Japan. I didn't think it was too bad of a price really. That's roughly $12-$15 per piece.

Hmm. On eBay UK under "Buy It Now" it's cheaper to buy 6 button controllers. Wonder why it differs.

I just bought a 2 button original PCE controller from a Japanese seller for $17. The English sellers are taking the piss.

Why are bog standard 2 button controllers more expensive than the 6 button variants?

Because they aren't?

By the way, do you not have an enter key?  There's no need to triple and quadruple post like a madman.

They are on eBay UK.

There's no multi-quote option.

I don't personally mind one quote per reply.. just sayin, where there's a will there's a way.

So how do you do it? I don't see any option. If you copied those quotes from individual replies that doesn't count, especially when you're using an iPad. Text selection in iOS 10 is a PITA.

you hit "quote" on the post to which you wish to reply, then type your response and hit enter a couple of times to add some space...

then you scroll up and hit "quote on the next post to which you wish to reply...

rinse and repeat.

Nice one. I was just hitting quote and replying.

Yeah it is. Where I live saying "my duck" is a term of endearment. I have no idea why.

Lol. Nah, it's pretty nice actually.

It's also actually "me duck". Autocorrect changed it for whatever reason.
