Who gives a f*ck?  This jackhole is arguing the exact percentage, when the point was that he's paying ZERO fees here.

Scumbag leech is gonna scumbag leech.

But the prices are totally below Ebay! Source: Jonebone.

Source, real price data based on eBay completed listings.  Not the opinions of some forum dude who like to complain all day.

Ugh.  Take your shitty aggregation sites back to nintendoage.  Using these to prove a point shows how out of touch you are.

Look at this listing for Beyond Shadowgate
http://www.ebay.com/itm/152456385580?rmvSB=true
"Sold" for $316.00

Then, look at this one
http://www.ebay.com/itm/152463189725?rmvSB=true
"Sold" for $256.00
And look at the description...

SURPRISE SURPRISE, they are BOTH in the chart as "sold".
These sites are bullshit.

So, because there are a small percentage of non-paying bidders out there, there can be no such thing as a pricing set?  That's what happens when you have algorithms that compile sold data.

Same thing if a "Complete" game sells with coverless manual or absolutely trashed box to bring the price down.  Or if a Gem Mint copy sells for twice the going rate.

Those sites are much better resources then some idiot on a forum complaining about how prices used to be and being out of touch with reality today.

Either way, most of it sold within 4 hours of posting so my prices were spot on again.  Find something else to complain about like you always do.

To be honest i'm surprised GVN didn't filter those out. A little while ago it seems to have dominated over VGPC, because of how much more accurate their prices were. I guess these price charting websites still have a little ways to go.

Forum prices are not the same as ebay prices.  New guys that come here mostly buying and selling on ebay will never understand that overpayers don't set the going rates for shit.

"a little"  lol
until they have a way to only report on paid listings and develop some kind of "look-through" into lots, then these will remain just a loose mess of ebay and amazon "sold" items.

God help us if they're using sold listings from Amazon. Some of their prices are a joke. I haven't checked for TG/PCE, but with other consoles it's just laughable.

It's easy to spot a unpaid listing if you search it, because its red right? I just assumed there was something in the coding that would distinguish it from a finished paid listing. Or at least SOME protocol with GVN so listings like this don't slip through. They do have quite a bit of ways to go still. I use it mostly when i'm at flea market or at a store looking at games, just to get a sense of how the pricing is.

Weren't you arguing a couple of weeks ago that there are a LARGE percentage of non-paying bidders?

Things I've sold before I have then not seen show up in the sold listings as well as them leaving unpaid listings in the sold results. It's all about what fits their trending price agenda.
