So, you have a PC Engine Duo, not a Turbo Duo btw.
If you find a new shell, don't throw the old one out. I'd love to try a car paint job on it, if nobody else needs it.
Get a Mr clean magic eraser and go to town on that case. It will make it look 10x better. Try to use the whole sponge at once and swipe the casing going from right to left. If you go up and down the wipe marks will be more obvious later. This does work so do it! Take it from someone who has done this on many DUOs with fantastic results.
