Well enjoy your day man. Sun is out for you on a warm and sunny day. For me I got back to bed for a little bit, wake up at 5am wake the kid up and take him to the gym. First day he's learning to work out. Can't wait. Leg day. Then go for a job interview and hopefully get hired. And after that go for a dip in my pool and then maybe I'll ill go and get on top of the wife.

Killing it at the gym with my son. Chest and triceps got followed by cardio and abs. Got the kid sweating and out of the house playing PS4.  Haven't seen the  17 inch guns in a while damn it feels good
