as I bought it and I am going to learn JPN and I want to know is it worth learning JPN first so I get the story better

maybe a year or 2, I can wait, hell I had policenuats for 5 years and I still aint played it as I want to saviour the storyline like a fine ripe woman

there is only one problem. the most of the text is only written and not spoken, and you can't stop the scroll so always the screen is getting refreshed quickly after 3 lines are finished. and they talking a lot. just played about an hour and abandoned then. wasn't that amusing.
