Jewel case coverart for the low cost Flash HuCard
« on: November 03, 2019, 03:09:45 AM »

Hi guys,

This is my coverart for the low cost Flash HuCard. The card was once produced by GamingEnterprisesInc., I bought mine in 2014.

Download links:

PSD source packed in 7z format:
TGFlashCardBack.7z
TGFlashCardFront.7z

PNG export ready to print:
TG-Flash-Card-Back.png
TG-Flash-Card-Front.png

The bare templates aren't my creation, I think they had been available on PCEFX forums. If there's interest, I can upload the Photoshop PSD templates themselves, too. There are three templates in total that I downloaded back then:
Front_CD_Template_Turbografx_16.psd (147 MB) (comes with a large library of TG boxart pictures)
Back_CD_Template_Turbografx_16.psd (1.22 MB)
TG-16 Jewl Case Back Template.psd (3.72 MB)

Any spelling errors are either coming from the original item description, or by me caring less about spelling than a honey badger does care about getting stung by bees while harvesting their larvae.

LOL, honey badgers!

Pretty cool, busty.  I like the lil notch in the sleeve and tray for the port thingamabob.

This is fantasic! Thanks for sharing. DK and I are going to need to think of a similar solution for the HuCards we print. I am wondering if I can get trays 3d printed, or maybe modify cd trays like this?

How long did this take you to setup?

Gredler, I did not create the templates. Ivan said he did:

Cutting the hole in the tray was a matter of seconds.

If somebody is willing to provide 120 MB for permanent hosting of the templates, please feel free to reupload them:

Nice

a few months ago I mailed my Low cost Hu card to a friend since I wasn't using it much anymore(have everdrive). So now it's getting some good use. Glad to see these things are still out there and being used.
