Okay guys, today is the day to post your Spriggan scores. Remember, each person needs to post two scores, one for regular mode (on one credit) and one for Score Attack. You don't need to post screens to "prove" your scores; in fact, I'd prefer you didn't so that my slow computer doesn't take an eternity to load up the thread when I check it. Just the scores will do.
Here's a quick look at the teams and their chances of winning!
EMERALD ROCKER and RUNINRUDER
These two clowns are the only people in the world who have beaten both Astralius and Sword of Sodan. Of course, that only means that they're insane, not that they're good players.
PANEL OF EXPERTS PREDICTS... Last place.
TATSUJIN and ELNINO
Tatsujin is known for collecting PCE shooters and posting pics of said shooters, but it is unknown whether or not he has actually played any of them. Elnino brings youthful enthusiasm to the table but has been awfully quiet of late. This team is like a dangerous sleeping dog.
PANEL OF EXPERTS PREDICTS... Second place.
STEVE and ROLINS
Undaunted by finals and boxes, this is a mighty duo with plenty of shooter experience. Rolins mocks the dreaded PCE Tatsujin as a "walk in the park," while Steve was bummed that Spriggan was such a cakewalk. Perhaps overconfidence is the only thing that can bring them down.
PANEL OF EXPERTS PREDICTS... First place.
BLACK TIGER and KERANU
Black Tiger is the king of PCE RPG walkthroughs, but he's relatively new to the Spriggan experience, meaning his young pal Keranu might have to carry the team. The main concern with this duo is that Black Tiger will post an incredible score only for Keranu to accidentally delete it.
PANEL OF EXPERTS PREDICTS... Fourth place.
ODONADON and SUNTEAM PAUL
Victory by this self-proclaimed "Team of Rubbish" would go down in the PC Engine annals as one of the greatest surprises of all time. They've been practicing hard and Odonadon has already boasted of one-credit finishes despite his late acquisition of the game.
PANEL OF EXPERTS PREDICTS... Third place.
Let's see how it turns out. Good luck to everyone!
