PC Engine Screen-shot quiz

rules: very simple, someone post a screen-picture or a part of a picture (sprite, background etc.) of a PC Engine game into this thread and the others have to name it. the winner will continue with the next quest and so on...

So now I'm forced to drop some big hints.  :roll:

Its a boss from a HuCard game.

I think that's already giving too much away. But I'll even go so far as to say that it's from one the PC Engine's best and well known games.
