I don't know of one, but I think it's a great idea.  How about putting one up on this site?

That's a great idea...however making an accurate rarity list is a lot harder than one might think.  Just knowing which games are rare for the PC-FX is hard enough not living in JPN....but for the PCE/TG...I don't even want to touch that!  Anyone else up to the task? Aaron Nanto

well, if the rarity list is too difficult, then why not at least make complete (or as complete as you can) lists of TG-16/PC Engine/PC FX games, arranged alphabetically and by genre?  Then maybe a little blurb about them and possibly some sort of rating that we could maybe vote on?

Here is what you seek-

www.pcecp.com/

As for a rarity list, Paul has a pretty good handle on availability here-

www.classicgaming.com/japangaming/

Hope this helps!

The only problem with the first site is that some of the genres are wrong and a lot of games can fall into more than one genre. Plus some games are known under different names so somtime searching for a particular title isn't always that easy.

Only rare title I can think of at this time is:
(I mean you rarely see on eBay or for sale, not those high-end games appear on eBay)

Yea but some of those high priced games on eBay are high priced because of rarity.  And lets just leave castlevania out of it.

This site had a list too http://www.darkcityproductions.com/ although I'm not sure I agree with some of the listings.
