Added to map.

I had one.  I probably still have it somewhere.

Necro you're in NE?!  I think that's even less likely than two from South Africa!  I'm guessing you're in lincoln or omaha?

Yup - holding' down the fort in Omaha.

My cousin had a 7800.  I wonder if he still has it; it would make a nice boat anchor.   It wasn't a complete waste - Commando, Fatal Run (easy but strangely addictive), Rampage, and Double Dragon were pretty entertaining.

Yeah, the controllers alone could anchor smaller vessels, though the Double Dragon port was pretty decent, along with a couple others.

Let's see, I still my Atari 7800, Turbografx 16, Turbo Duo, 3DO, SNES, PS1, PS2, Game Gear, GBA and PSP.

I'm in NYC and I haven't seen anyone that still has a Turbo as of yet.

Some people threw theirs out/sold or whatever.

Added myself to the map, and I see guyjin is in the area too.

I had no idea there were any other turbo fans in NE. Perhaps we should get together?

also, where are all the Europeans? i know there's a couple of you here...

I'd be fine with that.  Although I don't get to Omaha often, and most likely neither of you have any good reason to come to K Town.

What???  But they have a pretty arch!  I was jealous - until Omaha started their jackass foot bridge (another giant waste of money that will do very little to promote tourism).  ](*,)

So when is Elkhorn going to annex into Omaha?

Done deal - I believe Wednesday was the day that Omaha took the keys to Elkhorn (literally - the keys to city hall anyway).

Whoa they just did that yesterday? I remember hearing about Elkhorn wanting to annex with Omaha a year or two ago, nice to see they've done it.

Not exactly - Elkhorn fought tooth and nail to prevent being annexed by Omaha.  Elkhorn and Omaha have been battling it out in the courts for over a year, and the Supreme Court recently refused to hear Elkhorn's appeal, which opened the door for Omaha to finish the annexation process.

I went to Digital Press Video Games in CLifton and I have to say it was the most fun I had in a video game store.  I was going through memory lane.  They even had E.T. for the Atari 2600 new.  I bought Vigilante new for $15.  I love the store.  They have old and new systems.  They even have onlne games to play in their store.  It's one of the hidden treasures of New Jersey.  Too bad there aren't many stores like that.  Gamestop just doesn't cut it for me.
Let the old mix with the new.

I'll have to go there soon. I've been back in NJ for .... 7+ months now ... and I know exactly where it is!

How much for the E.T.?  I might be an interesting story to learn how this copy escaped Atari's wrath.  I'd almost want to buy it to bury in my backyard so that it could join it's brethren's fate.  This sounds like a pretty cool shop - how extensive was the Turbo selection?

The Turbo selection isn't that big if you are looking for new ones, but they have more used games.  It's kind of interesting that they have a lot of new Atrai 7800 games.
Let the old mix with the new.
