So I need to know the easiest way to burn a patched copy of Ys IV under Mac OS 10.2.8. I know there are a number of other Mac users among us here.
So I ripped all the tracks to WAV format myself from my own copy of the game (yes, I DO OWN a REAL Japanese copy) and the data tracks to ISO.
I have a program called PPF-O-Matic that is going to apply the patch to the ISOs I ripped.
I can get a good TOC from
www.necstasy.net so that takes care of that.
So I am stuck as to how to get everything burned back to a CD my Turbo can play.
I've used Alcohol 120% on a Windows machine before, but the problem is, I don't actually own a PC. So Alcohol is out of the question. What is a good Mac equivalent that can do the job? Can I do it with Toast?
I seem to remember trying something similar a long time ago with 0% success. But I think that might have been because the audio I was trying to use at the time was in MP3 format and not WAV.
If not Toast, what program do I need? C'mon all you Mac technical experts... I know someone out there has done it.
