What's the "Mega Man effect" and most importantly, what the hell is Satomi no Furudaa Hachi?

Sorry, but I don't see your library card on the books of Ys.  Now, RETURN THEM TO ME!!!

The Mega Man Effect.

"Satomi no Furudaa Hachi" translates to "Satomi's Folder" or something like that. It's where my sister keeps her stuff on the computer. (Her online nickname is Satomi).

I had the 'mega man effect' going for a while. It's cool at first, but gets annoying after a while. Especially since it creates introductions for programs you usually never notice loading.

Exactly, but for that reason it's also a kick-ass trojan alert, especially with the trojans that hide from the Process menu....

Hmmm...now I'm on the fence on whether or not I want to get this effect now.  While it is cool to see my favorite apps load up with the Mega Man 2 robot master intro, I don't want it happening ALL the time when some PC instructions execute.  Any way to regulate which progs the effect will use? :-s

I don't think so... I don't use it all the time though, I used it for like what, 30 minutes?, before the novelty wore off.

Sorry for the necro, but I was wrong  you CAN choose what processes can have the effect disabled, just click "Advanced" when you load the program!

Megaman effect rocks!, but i would suggest doing that process block thing on a few processes, or you will get pissed off. :D
