I just bought the tap.  $17.99 shipped.  Expect pics as soon as I receive this bad boy.

Also, we will need to get a sign up sheet going of who wants to take turns with this thing.

85% New...

Haha, that's so awesome. Do you think maybe some day you could sell it to me so I could ues it for an episode of Console Chronicles?

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

Heck, I could supply the tap on a contractual basis and get a "Producers Credit" in the next episode.

The opening titles could read like a Bond film...

"(insert Offsidewing's clever production company name here) in association with Keranu Films present Crusty Turbo Tap as Ian Fleming's James Bond in Ridley Scott's..  85% NEW"

It will talk, and when it talks, it will have a Sean Connery accent.  It's going to be one suave mofo.  He's going to have to be really smooth, cause he ain't gunna get things done on looks.

We need to give this thing a name.  I'm open to anything.

I demand a stickied thread for '85'.  It must not be forgotten and buried under any other threads.

Holy crap. I will paypal a donation to you, just for taking the plunge. You can hold onto the artifact for as long as you like :). I trust that one day, even if it is years from now, I will be able to hold this tap in my own mortal hands.

Has anyone found the old thread? The dude has been trying to sell this tap for a long time....

I thought that it was a wood carving at first. God I wonder where that thing has been.
