I have not tried Devil's Crush, but I do own Alien Crush and it does play well on my turbo express. I also found Super Star Soldier and China Warrior to be excellent express games also. Splatterhouse is great on the express except for the poltergeist room, the express didn't handle the flashing effects too well.

China Warrior is crap on the TurboGrafx, but on the TE/GT it's awesome for some mindless fun.

SNKNostalgia, im currently working on putting a modern LCD in one of my GTs. Its a casio TV screen which I hacked to accept RGB.
This sounds absolutely brilliant! Wouldn't it be great if we could find a source of 3.5" or 4" 4:3 LCDs that run off RGB? Having a TE with a large screen has always been up there on my wish list (the LT's a little too heavy and bulky to count)....

So grahf, does the LCD run at the same resolution as the TE's screen or are you upping the resolution to be closer to the 256x240 native?

Im not positive of the resolution, but its a tiny bit better than the original. Looks a TON clearer though, text is all readable.

These are some of my favorite Express time-wasters:

Blodia (Timeball)
China Warrior (huge sprites fit the Express screen perfectly)
Yay! I don't think anyone else here feels this way, but they're great on the TE.

NOOOOOO! You have betrayed me. Even worse, you have betrayed China Warrior.

It is not a crap game on the TG-16. How dare you. How dare you.

I'm completely serious: I don't think you should be allowed to play China Warrior on your TE. This is your punishment.

Of course, no one else here would ever consider this "punishment."

 :(

Can I play it on my TE again if I take it all back?

I think China Warrior was custom-made for the TE/GT. Or rather, the TE/GT was custom-made for China Warrior.

Perfect answer! Crap, I have no response. I simply can't argue with that... you speak the Truth.

Sorry for being so harsh :).
