It's on Ebay. It is a cap for the European Turbo Grafx. Quite the interesting promotional item for sure.

 That cap is so friggin ugly it's awesome!  Seriously, it looks like some hodgepodge they whipped up in some kiddy sweatshop in Southeast Asia.  Rockin!

Aside from technical justifications for either labeling the PCE/TG 8/16-bit, it doesn't even quite sound right saying 16-bits. (though grammatically speaking, I suppose that's okay.  :-k)

Whoa, nice find! That cap is so cool!

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

I think this cap is counterfit, not that it really matters. I came to this conclusion because under the logo, one of the bars should be blue. What do you guys think?

I think it's real. I don't see why anyone would fake it (and if they did, they would've probably made it for the American or Japanese versions) and not including the blue line is only a minor loss. Plus it has the NEC logo and says "16-bits" :D .

Should be blue, but having only two colors (black and red) is way way cheaper than three colors in producing that cap.

That's one classy trucker cap, but is it 85% new?

Please tell me you won it! If I had seen this sooner, and you hadn't bid already, I would have gone for it. :)
