I thought Rumsfeld and Powell have already resigned.
Anyway, I don't think Cheney would have a chance to do anything big for the one year in office if he actually
does get it. Come 2008, he'll be gone anyway. Everyone is so fed up with this administration now that by the time 2008 comes around, we'll probably see a record turnout of voters.
