I hate geese.  They are not natural to Colorado, yet they are all over the place because people feed them!  And what do they offer in return?  Parks where it is hard to take a single step due to all of the goose-droppings.  They need to die.  I always chase them or throw things at them.  I want to poison their food.  Geese are not pretty.  The population definitely needs trimming.

I'd still rather feed a goose than a homeless person, though.

All geese must die.  I worked on a golf course with my best friend for a couple summers during college.  Mowing greens and taking care of the course and such.  Geese are dirty, lazy, and less than intellegently gifted.

That same best friend has a Ph D in something ecological and works for the DNR.  I wish the "Goose Ladies" in every town across North America understand the ecological devistation they are wreaking on the enviornment every time they hand out bread to a goose.

Instead of bread, try popping a couple of .22 rounds into that shitting squaker.

Dude, I just hit a deer with my car last night and I thought about this thread right afterwards! The deer didn't die and limped off into the woods immediately and somehow my car was practically scratchless from it, but my front tire popped (after my back tire blew out not even a month ago).

Dude, I just hit a deer with my car last night and I thought about this thread right afterwards! The deer didn't die and limped off into the woods immediately and somehow my car was practically scratchless from it, but my front tire popped (after my back tire blew out not even a month ago).

On a different trip home a couple years back, I was doing about 120km on the highway around a gradual corner with very light rain when a mother deer and medium sized fawn appeared in the middle of the road.

I actually managed to brake perfectly without getting rear ended by traffic. But at the last second before I completely stopped, the fawn completely went under the view of the windshield of the minivan. After a few seconds though, it popped it's head up and ran into the bush after its mother, letting out a screech as it jumped through a farmer's barbwire fence.

I sure am glad that I've never actually hit/killed anything.

Seriously though, I'm glad to hear it wasn't a major accident.  A deer left a massive dent in the side of my car a few years ago, but insurance considered it an act of God and took care of it.

Seriously though, I'm glad to hear it wasn't a major accident.  A deer left a massive dent in the side of my car a few years ago, but insurance considered it an act of God and took care of it.

Actually just got my Alberta license -- (though this is now my fourth license).

And Is it just me or only idiots work at these licensing centers, WORLD over?  This is the 2nd country where I had to show these morons proof working there using THEIR documents that my motorcycle endorsements transfer over (same thing happened in Korea).  And don't even get me started about California DMV.

On top of that, the first registry center I went didn't like my "proof of legal residency", so I just drove over a few blocks to another one, and these guys didn't even ask for such papers at all.  Ever wonder how terrorists and illegal residents get legal IDs?

Oh, and that goes for embassies and consulates too.  It seems like they only hire the laziest imbeciles to staff these places.

I've killed  a couple of deer, including a fawn whose legs I accidentally severed.  It was a horrible experience.  Not many people know it, but a fawn in extreme dispair lets out a horrifying scream that almost sounds like that of a human child.  I still feel terrible about it to this day.
