others will chime in, however the basics are.
Save devices can be nice for saving high scores, games that allow saving (Such as Neutopia... otherwise those passwrods can be long!).
For the TG-16 these 3 items allow saving:
- The TG-16 CD-Rom unit. The memory is in the attachment, not the actualy CD drive.
- Turbo Booster Plus (regular booster only allows RCA outs)
- Turbo Duo, which is an "all-in-one" unit, that includes save capability
All 3 of the above contain the same amount of memory space.
PC Engine:
Pretty much the same as above. To my knowledge, all the CD-rom attachemnts feature game-save. There are also Tennokoe banks that slide onto some core grafx consoles. I'm not sure if they contain anymore memory than what is found on the Duo systems, as I've never worked with one. There is also a memory card of sorts, Tennokoe Bank, which allows you to tranfer saves from your internal memory, onto the card (goes into HuCard slot), and vice-versa. Though, Iv'e also never worked with said card. Another member here can clarify this.
