FS: PCE Cordless Tap w/ Controller and 4 brand new Cordless pads.

Do these work well?  Is this a good investment for the Turbo?

well, they work well but you have to have your controller pointed at the tap receiver in a certain angle range. Considering that, you may dislike its performance. It doesn't bother me though, haha. I had to have them when I found out offsidewing got some, but its not a necessity if you own a controller extension cable.

Correct.  The TG-16 has DIN8 connectors and everything else (including the US Duo) has the mini-DIN8 connectors.

Ugh god I hate AAA batteries! I have the same problem as you and can easily find AA's, but never those damn AAA's! Also I wish electronics would use size E batteries again .
