Maybe old news around here, but I ran into this site today.  Some really cool pics of all the NEC consoles brought togheather.

It's a multisync computer monitor, not a TV.

Its a monitor for your NEC computer with a PC Engine built in. The PC Engine section doesn't interface with the computer at all, so basically you can connect a controller straight to it and not even have a computer hooked up. I'm pretty sure there is no CD interface capability.
