Necro, you win, amazingly!  The game's true name is Sekigahara.  The mark in the middle of the game's name is not a Katakana "ke" but a kanji "ga" marker.

So the name from the picture was: "sick" + "i-gah" (the subtitle of Yie-Ar Kung-Fu 2) + "harrah" (the casino chain in the pic.)
