What I got:

Duo-R (D-Lite special with violet LEDs, S-Video mod, and region mod)
Atari VCS/2600
Vectrex
Genesis 2 w/Sega CD 2 & 32X
JVC X'Eye
NES (toaster and toploader)
Sharp Twin Famicom
SNES (original and mini)
Playstation
Saturn
Dreamcast
PS2
Xbox 360
Nintendo 64
Gamecube
Wii
Gameboy (original and color)
Nintendo DS
Neo Geo Pocket Color

I've had quite a few more over the years, but have cut back to save on space.  Mostly classic stuff like Atari 5299, 7800, Colecovision, Intellivision, etc.  I won't ever get rid of my VCS collection though.  :)  I also just recently got rid of my Turbografx and Core Grafx II since I have the Duo now.

I've got too many to list, and, quite honestly, it doesn't matter, because I have Xavix + Jackie Chan's J-Mat.

Here's what I don't have:
Jaguar (I'll be getting one eventually), CD-i (yeah, one of these days I'll get one), game.com, Virtual Boy, PS1 (traded up for a PS2), Nomad (I used to have it), Vectrex (crap, yet another thing I need), ngage, gizmodo, PSP, DS, Wii, ps3, xbox360, pc-fx...

Vectrex is the best system ever made.

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

Well I was tempted to say that and I'm sure I've said that before, but it's a tough call. If Pippin used vector graphics, then it would be no contest for the Pippin.

He's going to give me the region-modded one in exchange for providing him with Guardian War 3DO music!  Seriously (I hope).
