Time to get a new keyboard  I had the same problem about a month ago, so I bought a tarantula

Does he use his extra legs to help you press the correct keys or something?

In this house, we only use keyboards made before the mid-90's, preferably 80's. The one I am using is a Packard Bell (don't let the name scare you!) that is pretty clicky and has a nice black metal plate on the bottom. My oldest brother has the king of all keyboards though which is a Tandy (we used to have the same keyboard as kids) which is all metal casing, big, heavy, and click as all hell, and dim lights actually on each lock keys. It's a real pleasure to use  8) .

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

Hey Keranu, you're making me want to find my old Gateway2000 AnyKey and start using it again.  It's a nice and hefty board (though no springy mechanical keys), and it's programmability and eight-way arrow keys kicked much ass back in the day.

I'm telling 'ya man, you gotta stick with the old keyboards.  8) I can't stand these new ass millenium keyboards that are ultra silent and feel like cheap crap.

I could buy a new keyboard, but I'm working on a notebook :).

I love clicky keys, but, honestly, they are too loud for many situations (i.e. sharing the room with someone else).

Still, if sound pollution isn't an issue, I'll take a stiff, clicky keyboard over the flacid keyboards any day of the week.

I'll have to get my bro to take pics of it sometime, though it's much more satisfying when actually using it. Oh my god, typing on it is a nerd orgasim.

Haha, I used to have a Toshiba Satellite back in like 1996! :D

Ug.  I can't even go to that Video Game Den site.  It keeps popping up a window asking for name and password identification.  There is no way to register and no way to make the window go away, it just keeps popping back up.  I had to quit my browser.  A big THUMBS DOWN to that site!  Also, that Turbo2K site doesn't seem to exist.  I clicked the link and nothing NEC related is there.

Hmmm... seems VGDen is indeed currently screwed. I'm sure he'll get it sorted soon.

Laurent is having problems with his webhost at the moment. He's aware of the login window problem.

He told me that he's contacted them about it.

I sent him a POV for Blazing Lazers so hopefully he'll get that posted up there once he gets the technical issues sorted out.

As of this morning vgden is down completely but it should be up again soon.

My retarded domain provider has been ignoring my request to renew my domain for the past week and a half.  If nothing happens soon I will be very upset.  Needless to say Turbo2k will be back... eventually....
