LOL, remember this?

http://www.zophar.net/Files/TextNES.exe <AWESOME, I used to play with this emulator all the time! Looks like they made a MIRC version too!

Now all it needs is a NES-to-Adlib driver with PC beeper for the PCM channel (it's possible to play PCM samples through the PC speaker by telling it to vibrate faster), you could fool people into thinking there's PC ports of NES games!

TextNES and mIRCNES - Scroll down to 'Novelty Emulators' about three quarters down the page.

Heh-heh, you said vibrate.

More on Zophar

I didn't even have to read this post to know what Derrek Lee was up to.

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

It's a NES emulator that plays in ASCII. Think NES with IBM textmode graphics, and you'll be on the right track.

I still blame it on your obsessive Frosted Flakes eating. By the way, what school do you even go to, Derrek?

Lee graduated from El Camino High School in 1993, setting the school record for the most times a student missed a school bus.
