i believe all the NG fighters and kabuki itouryouden use more than 2 buttons, may be the two wrestlers as well (never played those seriously )

Even when forum search functions do work, they never work well. I rarely find what I need searching forum posts if I don't already expect them to be there and kinda remember a little about them.

Technically Gulliver Boy should be on there, although I'm not sure what's Arcade Card-y about it. I think it just gives you some sort of token bonus/item or something.

 It uses the AC mem to cache areas and such, so you don't have to reload from town to dungeon, etc. I know the HuVideo decoder uses it, but I don't think it effects the frame rate - just keeps the level/area data already loaded from being over written so it doesn't reload after a cinema.

Also, there's atleast one unreleased game, King of the Monsters 2, not that it matters, since you're probably looking for released games.
