There is some kind of a coding problem on the website that only seems to show up using Safari. I already sent e-mail to el nino detailing it but I'll post it here anyway.

yeah..thanx to the idea from SignOfZeta, elnino-kouhai built-in a new superb feature..see:

Cleared games
As of now, you can keep track of the games in your collection which you've played through. Simply go to "My collection" and mark the new checkbox after expanding the infos of the game you've beaten. The percentage of cleared games in your collection can be viewed on your profile page. The Cleared flag will appear in all of the lists as well as on the game detail page. Be sure to go for 100%!!

Special thanks to SignOfZeta for this idea!  :D

Nice feature!

Unfortunately, the bug I discovered when you view the site with Safari still isn't fixed (*cough* el nino *cough*)

Don't use Suckfari (damn, I'm clever).  Problem solved.  :)

Useful new feature, Tatsujin, but there are still no listings for Bikini Girls, Hawaiian Island Girls, or The Local Girls Of Hawaii.  Do you have something against boobies, or do you just refuse to acknowledge them as games?

You kidding? Safari blows Interpenis Exploder out of the f*cking water. Firefox is good, but Safari is faster. I use Firefox sometimes but I've been a Safari kick lately.

Hell no, I ain't suggesting that I.E. is better than much of anything; much like Windows, it's burdened with too much legacy crap to be speedy.  I'd take Firefox over Safari any day, as Safari always choked on a couple of secure sites that I frequent.  It's been a while though, so maybe it isn't such a problem anymore.

Firefox is the definitive internet browser. Everything else is either mutant spawn (opera, safari) or total garbage(IE).

I've tested the site with Safari v3.0.4 and the older v2.0.4, both on an OSX 10.4. However, I couldn't reproduce the error, the page has always been displayed correctly. Here's a screenshot from Safari 3:

nat, what version of Safari do you use?

I use Safari 3.0.4.

el nino, you have to be logged in and viewing games under "My Collection" (your account). The problem does not show up if you are not viewing games in "My Collection."

I did some tests as logged in user, too, I just happened to take the screenshot when I wasn't logged in. It didn't make any difference though, neither did the page which I viewed the games from (normal list, my collection). I'm kinda stuck now since it's pretty hard to debug an error I can't reproduce :-k

el nino,

I did the debugging for you.

The problem is with your settings for the text entry form for the "Add Comment" section.

You have the column width set to 120 columns. I don't know a whole lot about HTML but knowing what I know about other programming languages, there should be a way to fix the width to stay within the confines of a certain area regardless of font or screen resolution.

Anyway, I set the columns to 100 from 120 on this line:

<textarea name="Comment" class="expand_small_input" rows="3" cols="100" style="overflow: auto;"></textarea>

And it fixed the entire problem.

The problem could be caused by Safari using a larger-point fixed-width font because I have my screen resolution set pretty high. It could also be why the problem didn't manifest on your computer; you may be using a lower screen resolution than me so Safari in turn uses a smaller-point font.

That is also why the problem doesn't show up if you are not logged in-- there is no "Add Comment" text box f*cking up the formatting.

100 percent agree. I refuse to use anything else at home.

I am getting close to listing everything in our collection, but there are  a few Japanese titles I will need to find the names of before I can add them. So far got a little over 2 pages worth listed.
