I am voting for VIMIGO. It is the wave of the future.

That looks about as useful and fun as anal polyps.

It's interesting how people who buy the 360 actually purchase games for it instead of just letting it collect dust between mario kart and smash brothers games.

There are several games for it I would buy, right now, if I weren't trying to save money.

I bought a 360 this year and quite a few games for it. It's funny, but the 360 has gotten me excited about new generation of consoles. PS2 was nice and all, but I just couldn't really get into it no matter how hard I tried (and I've boughten more than $2000 worth of games since I original got it). I kept coming back to the old consoles. I was never a M$ fan either. I bought the original XBOX two years ago, but I don't have much love for it - if at all. The 360 is different. It just has a totally different atmosphere. Xbox Live and Live Arcade is cool too. Gears of War was amazing, Blue Dragon is great, Lost Planet is pretty cool too. I hated Halo 1 & 2, but part is 3 is great. The production value is excellent and the in game story driven events give it that Gears of War feel.

For me, there needs to be quite a few attractive exclusives for PS3 before I'll shell out the cash for one. The way I look at it, is that they want more $$$ for a console that came out a whole year after the competition, and yet it can't even surpass it - let alone meet it in performance. That's BS. The recently dropped it to $399, but it still ain't worth it IMO. I'd like to get a Wii though some time soon.

For me, it has to be both an attractive price tag and at least one title worth buying. The PS3 only meets one of these; I do want the Genji sequel but I'm sure as hell not going to pay such an outlandish price for a machine worth little more than a bluray drive. The Xbox 360 has no titles I want. The Wii's only charm to be is VC, and it can't even do that right yet. I'll stick with my PS2 and my DS.

Are you sure? It has the widest game selection of all the next gen systems so far - while the FPSes get most of the attention, there is other stuff out there. WarTech:Senko no Ronde, ferinstance.

I may be the recipient of heavy flaming here, but the Wii is satisfying all my next-gen console needs. It's got VC, which I am utilizing for the handful of Genesis games I love and as the selection grows I will utilize it for the NeoGeo titles I never could afford to own. The control scheme for the system is fresh, innovative. Somthing different than the same-old.

That said, I am looking forward to the native game library expanding a bit.

My Wii gets used a lot, mostly for the Internet Channel, the ultimate way of YouTube. It's also fun to play a little Bomberman '93 after I played some Wii games on it. I don't think people realize it, but I find there are actually a lot of potentially good untalked Wii games on the verge of coming out soon beside Mario Galaxy and Smash Bros.

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

I specifically avoid games with titles that include the following words:

War, Craft, Space, Battle, Legend, Quest, Tech, Dark, Evolution, Zelda, Mario, Party.

Any good traditional RPGs?

Same here,Wii is the only current next gen system I like, that offer  a play experience other then what can be had on pc to me. The other systems are more like dumbed down pcs for dummies, same graphics quality, same kinda titles, with a game pad.

The wii is the only current system i have this generation.

Right now i only used it for the vc stuff wich isn't saying much.

While it's frist party games are good it's third party is ports or shovelware.

Wich sucks that third partys are so freaking lazy...they don't care making games that work for the wii.

PS glad capcom got the hint with zack&wiki and the reviews have been good too.

As for 360 dunno if i want one maybe when the older models are, phase out and the falcon has become a standerd i might get one.

Btw it's xbal does temp me so for a 360 though.

As for the PS3 the only game that interest me is,MSG4 even while sony has it's 40gig model coming out with a lower price tag.

The lack of bc and a few other things being droped have turn me off towards it.

Realy..sony needs to make there minds up what direction there going  ](*,)

If any thing i see the current gen as a mess still wich needs to be iron out.

In any case i'll be playing games on the older consoles for a little while longer.

PSN:MrNeoGeo
Wii U:Progearspec

Those are the words you are SUPPOSED to be looking for! Don't forget Laser/Lazer, of course ;) .

Nodt, you'd probably like Blue Dragon. It's a traditional RPG with some really nice gfx. Nothing outlandish like FF games, just really clean/smooth graphics with nice camera effects like depth of field and such. It's a simple style/plot old school RPG that's been done before, but it (re)does it *really* well.

I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about Blue Dragon, but I couldn't honestly give a shit what a bunch of yokels thinks about it. If I ever get a chance, I'll check it out. Thanks for the reminder.
