How can it be good? I mean, crap, it's just Monopoly with Nintendo characters, like a ROM-hacked Monopoly. It just changes the names of places and changes the pawns to Nintendo characters, and probably introduces stupid new rules which NOBODY will use after the first game, and one of those rules will invariably involve a Warp Tunnel in some shape or fashion.
It's still the same damn real estate game that takes forever and makes you sit next to Uncle Frank who just farts and tells his Vietnam stories all day.

EDIT: Since the pawns are going to be the only thing that people care about anyway, here you go:
Comes complete with 6 collectible pewter tokens of Donkey Kong's Barrel, Links Iron Boots, Hylian Shield, NES Controller, Mario's Cap, and Koopa Shell.
The NES controller is cool, and the Koopa Shell is an INGENIOUS pawn, but they should have put an Arwing and a Fire Stingray pawn in as well.
