Uh yeah.  The Jeffrey Dahmer victim photos are much, much worse than that.  One is of a severed head sitting by the same person's removed feet or hands and also their detached genitals.  Another picture is of a headless torso in a tub, you can see the ribcage and all of the innards have been removed, leaving the inside of the chest cavity quite visible.  Lots of other stuff like that. Truly nasty.

Dude, back on my first computer in like '97, we looked at that picture (Snopes is one of our favorite pages).  It'd make an awesome album cover, but I'm eating a burrito (with ketchup) looking at that picture right now, and it doesn't make me not want to eat this burrito.
