Anyone played Gs Mikami?

Anyone played this?  Full name would be Ghost Sweeper Mikami.  I've read
good things about the Super Famicom version.  Is it the same game?  Thanks much!

I haven't played either the PCE or the SNES versions, but they appear to share only the characters and none of the game play (based on YouTube videos).
