watch this guys other auctions, there is a game bundle which also contains an arcade card pro, but can't spot out a bonk 3 cd.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Pce-BULK-OF-CARD-CD-GAME-CHEAP-Imported-Japan-Mint_W0QQitemZ220183171566QQihZ012QQcategoryZ4315QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting

he also got only 4 feedback which are positive, but he loaded up a big bunch of games recently, which means he is very very new to ebay.

http://stores.ebay.com/missugame

so somebody knows one of the recent buyers in personal?

Bonk 3 Hu.  There was no japanese Bonk 3 CD.  The Bonk 3 is right next to the 1 and 2.

Not to be alarmist on this, but that very same exact auction/picture ended on Yahoo JP a couple of days ago.  And if I remember correctly sold for more.  There were also more pictures there for that auction showing the games.  If I hadn't cleared my auction list I could put the auction up here (no way I can find to search completed auctions on Yahoo JP).

What's more is that seller's other "bulk" listing right now was also exactly used in a Yahoo JP listing just this past week.  In that auction there's a Bonk 3 and Star Parodia and an Arcade Card Pro and I know I bid on it around that $95 range they're currently selling it for.  In other words, I don't remember what it ended at, but I know they're not making any money on either auction.

I hope this story ends well for you, but please be cautious with this one.

Wasn't some other eBay Turbo scammer  just silenced yesterday? Damn, how many like vintage videogames? You'd expect to see them involved with sports memorabilia, not Turbo stuff.

Everytime I have the money for a NEC console there isn't one for a reasonable price.  Everytime I find great deals I don't have any cash...So for once I had cash and I was the high bidder on an auction...however about an hour before it would end something happened...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=320195949326&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=011

The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale.

This item or one like it has been relisted.

Huh?  So my bid of 11 dollars and the person's bid before me of 10 dollars were erased.  And then the seller relisted the console right away for 60 dollars buy it now

I contacted ebay about it but I have only recieved a responce telling me they know I contacted them.

I would urge you all not to buy from this dishonest person.  Their shipping is crazy high too, I wasn't going to pay more than 15 dollars with the shipping considered.

Wow, that's some extremely shady shit.

I can't preach enough to people to just avoid eBay at all costs. I've said it a million times before. 99% of the sellers on there are in the business of trying to rip you off as much as possible within the boundaries of the law. And sometimes beyond that even, as the video I posted yesterday alluded to.

Damn it seems like alot of the scam artist are coming out of the wood work lately, for any thing on the TG16/PCE.

Either on the consoles or for the games that matter.

Glad i've never dealed with that seller then.

Still most of the times i've stuck with the ones that treat ya right.

These days i rarely take chances on sellers i'm not sure about.

Next time missa if your not sure about the seller..you can all ways ask 'here for the info.

Thanks for the concern on this- I had a few reservations on this becuase of all the reasons mentioned here, but I feel pretty good about this transaction so far-

I had several communications with the seller prior to purchase-
I've yet to send payment.  I've asked for a list of titles included and the seller is ok   waiting payment until I've had time to look that over.
Thanks for lookin out and i'll let you know how it goes-

There have also been a lot of 3DO scam artists lately too...I don't get it though because the Wii has to be a lot more profitable to scam people with.  I have only had 1 problem seller ever that I was not able to at the least get all my money back from...I'm very, very persistant with crap sellers.

The one time I was scammed it was for a US copy of Elemental Gearbolt which was supposed to be:
CD - Near Mint
Origional Packaging - Mint
Origional Manual - Mint

What they sent me was a scratched CD with a bunch of gunk on it.  No CD case at all, the CD was placed into a mailer and just sent!  Eventually ebay made them agree to send me the origional packaging and manual and they sent me a photocopied manual and nothing else.  Ebay they asked me to return the CD to them and that I would get a refund after that.  Then ebay told me I should have registered the package and because I didn't, I wouldn't get a refund.  So I ended up with an image of the game on my HD and nothing else.  I am really upset at ebay for it since they didn't tell me to register the package until after it had been over a week since I was told to send it (and already had mailed it).

What the hell is going on? I thought once you had a bid, there was no going back to change things...

I don't think that they can change any prices once someone bids, but they can still end and relist with changes.

If there is still plenty of time left on  a auction you can kick bids. If you don't like the bid amount or what the seller is doing then just find  a different seller. There are other reliable sellers on there like Toshi at Dream Stars and Hit Japan.

As for sending Gearbolt back to the seller, not to be mean, but if the guy was acting shady and ripping you off then proof of shipping back should have just come as instinct since it was likely the seller would claim it would have not arrived otherwise. Ebay is in the right on that,as you couldn't prove you shipped the item back. I guess everyone has to have their first bad experience though so they can learn how to prevent it from happening in the future.

Yes they can if they ask ebay to do it.  I wasn't the only bidder on the auction.  You also cannot relist in the last hour (the last 24 hours actually) without ebay doing it manually.
