Hucard Pin Info Requested

I've read that they had a hucard adaptor back in the day which would connect to a scsi card to allow the pc-e/turbo to be controlled through the Hucard port by a PC.  I'm still tinkering with the idea of using a secure digital to ide to pc-e interface (or something similar) to replace CD drive use and I guess understanding what the pins do on the Hucard would be the first step to that.

Can anyone provide me with infomation on the Hucard pins?

I have the TurboForce magazine with the article that details that SCSI adapter.

Unfortunately, it doesn't give any information into the pinouts.

I know there exists a document somewhere that has this... I'll post back if I can find it.

I think someone on here actually has one of these things (maybe ccovell or d-lite).  I'd think that your plan would have a better chance of working if you tried to go through the expansion bus, as it's doubtful that the HuCard socket would ever be able to access the CD systems ram, BIOS library, or the ADPCM (all of which would have to be emulated in your device).

Yes.  Origionally I was thinking about something through the expansion port but when I found out you could also access the hardware through the Hucard slot in a manner less natural than playing a game it seemed like it could be another possibility.

I guess I mis-read her post initially. I read it with the understanding she was just trying to clone the SCSI interface itself, not do something totally different.

Mostly atm I want to know what the pins do since I was easly able to find the pins of the expansion port, but have found no information on the Hucard's pins.

So you could put a small Turbo in your PC case (like a Shuttle, or that CoreGrafx thing), fire up a Turbo "emulator" that interfaces with the Hucard slot and the inputs and sends the output to a video capture card, thus making the perfect emulator? That would be BADASS!
