I'd guess that it'll go to Japan only, but who really cares?  Only a clown would spend enough time e-mailing, texting, and surfing the web on their PSP to make this contraption worthwhile (I say this as a cell phone avoider and hater of texting shorthand, so take it with a grain of cynical salt).

I say it might get produced. It looks kinda cool.  Sony should make a psp cell phone; that would be cool, haha.
