There are 21 U.S. games without cases, 22 if you count the basic CD card.
You're missing Chase HQ and Hit the Ice.

Much thanks, vestcoat and nat.

If anyone is interested, here's the template that I use for making replacement/translated spines.

It opened with Adobe Illustrator but needed to be scaled up by about 12,000%.

It's the standard format for CAD programs (originated by AutoCAD), and like I said, it won't be useful to everyone.  Strangely enough, you print them with printers, or plot them with plotters if you're nitpicky.

Considering what AutoCAD costs I'd say you picked just about the most restrictive file format possible.

I made my choice based on what I knew how to use and what was available.  For some crazy reason, I didn't consider whether or not some forum members would be unable to use it ten years later.

The template I use is really just the "It Came from the Desert" back insert, available for download from the crazybanana.tk website.

The style is more in tune with the HuCard releases than the later CD releases so it works well for those carts that didn't come with cases originally. Of course, I blacked out the "CD" part of the TurboGrafx logo and removed the mention of "CD" from the back.

"It Came from the Desert" contains half the letters in the alphabet, and constructing others (L from I, N from M, etc) is pretty easy in a PhotoShop-like program.

If for some reason you don't like having the green tab on the spine you can change the color to whatever you want.

I just use generic empty CD cases you can pick up many places for like $0.25/ea, smash out the small CD retainer pins inside with a hammer and insert my fresh back insert into the case. They turn out looking pretty nice on the shelf.

Here's a pic of the most recently spine label I made using the "It Came From the Desert" backing as a template. Yes, the pic is blurry not the label itself (sorry bout that).

Clearly Joe Redifer's account has been hijacked by validus. How could he have let an admin account fall into such evil hands!
