Um, guys, this is the TG-16 area, not the PC Engine area. Dracula X and the Tengai Makyou series are for the PC Engine, a comletely seperate (but equal) system.

Not only that, but the topic asked about the best CD-ROM, not the best Super CD, or Arcade CD.

What's your point?  The topic says CD-ROM, not CD-ROM², so that would include all CD-ROM², SuperCD-ROM², and ArcadeCD-ROM².  If you're going to split hairs, get it right.

If you could Imagine Image Fight on a Super CD format with redbook audio, more colorful graphics, and better sound effects you'd have Image Fight II.

I'd say:

Monster Lair if one of my favorite CD-ROM² titles. I could list a bazillion games, but Monster Lair (including 2-player coop) is still sweet!
