It works best if I just show you and describe:
Above and behind my computer/editing station from left to right are:
-Frighteners - This is a holographic poster that changes as you move, the skull opens his jaw and the words "Dead Yet" move in and out.
-DTS - Nice looking poster for a cool theatrical sound system.
-Dolby Digital EX - Another sound system poster that looks cool.
-Nightmare Before Christmas - Pure awesome. I wish the DVD version had better quality, though. It's much worse than most DVDs. **awaits Blu-ray release**
In the same room on the back wall are:
-Kill Bill 2 - I like the first movie better, but the second movie (which is still awesome) has the better poster.
-Toy Story - Got this from the theater when the movie first came out. In later editions, Woody's frown was changed into a smile. Gay.
-Pirates of the Caribbean - The movie is OK, but the poster is fantastic!
Downstairs in my "old-school" gaming room are:
-SDDS - Another theatrical sound system (Sony Dynamic Digital Sound). I like the look of this poster.
-Dolby Digital - Yes, another Dolby poster. This poster is decent, but the artwork kind of bugs me since I am anal retentive about perspective.
On the back wall in the same room:
-After Burner - Yeah!! You may think the PC Engine version is teh r0x0rz, but the 32X version blows it away.
Above my HDTV set in my "Dreamcast generation and above" room is:
-Dolby Digital giant marquee sign - They accidentally made this too big for the marquee.
-THX "Broadway" - The classic THX logo. In order to even get one of these, your theater must be THX certified. Not too many THX certified theaters around anymore.
