Japanese Saturn owners - Will US games work witht hat Action Replay cartridge?

I'd just stick to a japanese system and use the 4 Meg Action Replay for U.S. games. I have a few U.S. and japanese Saturns, but I pretty much always just grab a japanese system and that cart when I plan on playing random games. PDS is the only game I've ever had any trouble with.
