Whoa, that is pretty good.  Is that different than the one you posted alongside the "snort blo" insert?  I remember it differently.

There was another fan made GoT insert on here but it was not created by Joe. It was really basic looking too.

I sent the file Bonknuts he'll probably have it up in a nicer format at www.pcedev.net sooner or later.  I don't know how good home printers are these days but I was really impressed with the incredible quality Kinkos was able to pull off on glossy paper and would recommend paying them a buck rather than doing it at home.
Thanks everyone for the input and feedback.  I had never done much with photoshop before and I'm glad it turned out OK.  If I have to use a magnetic lasso again anytime soon I'm going to shoot myself.

I printed mine out on my HP Deskjet 970Cse printer.  It always outputs great results.  You just have to make sure your orignal scan is a high enough resolution to begin with (don't shrink it).  My covers also always live in an uncompressed format like TIFF or PSD.  I never make JPEGs out of them for printing. My Gate of Thunder insert is 2356 x 1841.  Print that out at the slowest, highest quality possible on some good paper (though not so thick that it can't fold) and you'll have something that would be better and have a higher resolution than a real insert.
