yeah!!   This was *MY TIME*    I was a big fan -  had a couple paperback books even.   

I actually don't think some of their better songs are all that bad.  "My Favorite Girl"  is probably my fave.

I remember my cousin having their first album and I thought it sounded crazy,  just completely wacky and bizarre.  I asked for it for Christmas one year and got the NKOTB Christmas album instead (which blew).

It's not that bad, it's for your wife after all, right? Show her what a loving husband you are by taking her to the one thing she had to miss out on as a child. And then...have her committed to the nearest psych ward. Okay just kidding on that last part...but seriously, if it's something your wife really wants to do, I'm sure you can withstand it for her sake, right?
