Joe, it is Panorama Cotton.  Legit one, pretty rare, it also comes with a mug too in some special cases (those who mailed in coupons for redemption).  Think Space Harrier but with Cotton characters.

Yeah I own the game, but the cartridge shape is different. But the one pictured is an illegal Chinese pirate cart which only criminals own. Chinese bootlegs ARE repros, after all. And this forum says repros of any kind are bad. And evil. And destroy the community. And perhaps the world!
