The two options here are $95 for 80mbps and phone or $90 ($120 after the first year) for 300mbps and phone, plus whatever taxes and fees they tack on.

It's not that cheap. But not quite as expensive as US. About 65 of your colonial dollars will buy that speed with a phone line and unlimited phone calls. I had internet and phone for free all last year from bagging an offer from another provider that shouldn't have existed really existed.  Swings and roundabouts here. There is limited gigabit internet dotted around in very small locales.

I'd be all over that. Of course, plenty of things in the UK that cost more, but damn that's nice.

I got some nice stuff coming in the mail. Well, I'm excited for all of it anyway. It's going to require a complete reworking of a room to set-up so there is that. G70 CRT projector, MUCH better speakers than what I currently have and I'm building my own screen for it.

Ys VIII Special Edition came in the mail yesterday for my PS4. Honestly I was a little underwhelmed with the prologue section, but as soon as the main quest got under way the music suddenly decided to sound like an Ys game and the gameplay became satisfying. The awesome packaging (coolest I've ever seen) is icing on the cake.  :)

and an Xbox One S

Actually, no.  :P
It's just a cheapie Chinese type knock-off system filled with a few emulators and games, incl CPS1/CPS2/Neo

The emulation quality is all over the place. Some games play decently, others are tolerable and there are others where the playability is fooked.

The system case is pretty nice, though. It would be ideal to stick a Raspberry Pi in there. Which I reckon is what I'm going to end up doing with this.

Found one of these for the equivalent of about $75. It's got a Pandora's Box 4S 680 on the inside.

I forget what day, but I bought Cuphead on Steam and am eagerly awaiting it's release!  Same day the Snes Mini comes out, which I will also try to get.
