The stick is too loose for it's own good if you're playing a fighting game. Half of the time I feel like I'm trying harder than I need to when I'm doing dragon punch motions or tiger knees. I mean it's something you can get used to but why bother? If you can I'd say at the very least put a Sanwa JLF type stick in it or an Sanwa GT-Y octagon restrictor plate in it. It'll do wonders for that stick.
