Yes I made the Spine Card & Backcover myself. The frontcover is a scan from the magazine.
After a few (3 on Yahoo, 1 at a forum, 1 really cheap at Ebay US) missed Motteke Tamagos I found it as BIN on Ebay France for 100 Euro. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either I would say.
